Kim Hurtado is the Founder and Managing Shareholder of Hurtado Zimmerman SC, Counselors at Law, having used servant leadership principals to guide her practice for more than 30 years in the areas of construction, real property and public finance law. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Architecture at Taliesin, teaching Ethics of Construction Contracting. Kim was named a 2019 Thought Leader in International Who’s Who –Construction and is named in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers. She has served on the Board of Governors of the American College of Construction Lawyers, the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Construction Forum, and as Chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Construction & Public Contract Law Section. Kim speaks and writes internationally about legal issues related to cutting edge construction technology, regenerative sustainability, and ethics issues.
