Dr. Keith has been an attorney, state government official, high tech park developer, YMCA executive, president of two universities, CEO of the Greenleaf Center in the United States, and CEO of the Greenleaf Centre in Singapore. He has published books on the Paradoxical Commandments as well as his publications on servant-leadership, which include The Case for Servant Leadership; Servant Leadership in the Boardroom; and Questions and Answers about Servant Leadership. He also served as the editor of The Contemporary Servant as Leader. More than 250,000 copies of Dr. Keith’s books have been sold worldwide.
Patricia Falotico is the Business Development Officer at the Robert K Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership where she served as CEO from 2014 – March 2020. During her tenure, the Greenleaf Center has introduced Greenleaf’s Best Test®, Greenleaf’s Servant Leadership Journey Online® and new servant-leadership publications including Inspiration for Servant-Leaders: Lessons from Fifty Years of Research and Practice. With the move to Seton Hall University and the naming of the center’s new Executive Director, Pat’s time has been freed up to spend with clients and partners who aspire to make servant-leadership the core of their cultures.
Author of Robert K. Don has engaged in multiple careers, including managing departments at a university and museum of art; university teaching; television, radio, and film writing, production, and performance; trainer; specialist in advertising and marketing for Fortune 500 companies, plus an entrepreneur. His formal education includes a B.S. in Education, Master of Divinity, and PhD in Leadership and Organizational Studies. Don is based in Indianapolis where has also worked as an on-air talent.
Jiying (Jenny) Song, Ph.D., PMP, is an Assistant Professor of Business and Economics at Northwestern College and the Associate Editor of The International Journal of Servant-Leadership. After receiving her Master of Engineering degree in China and working in the IT field for 14 years, she came to the United States and earned her Master of Divinity degree from George Fox University and Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University.
Larry Spears is President & CEO of the Spears Center for Servant-Leadership, Inc. (Indianapolis). Larry is also Servant-Leadership Scholar at Gonzaga University (Spokane), where he teaches graduate courses in servant-leadership. He serves as Senior Advisory Editor of The International Journal of Servant-Leadership, founded in 2005. From 1990-2007 Larry served as President & CEO with the Greenleaf Center. Spears is the co-editor of five books of Robert Greenleaf’s writings: On Becoming a Servant-Leader, Seeker and Servant, The Power of Servant-Leadership, Servant-Leadership: The 25th Anniversary Edition, and The Servant-Leader Within, and the co-editor of a series of six servant-leadership anthologies.
