Board Chair for the Robert Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership, Principal of Green Summit Partners, Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Ignatian Ethics at Boston College
Currently Joe Patrnchak is the Principal of Green Summit Partners, a consulting practice dedicated to bringing out the best in people and organizations. He also currently serves as an adjunct professor of Leadership and Ignatian Ethics at Boston College. He serves as the current Board Chair for the Robert Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership. Prior to establishing Green Summit, Joe served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cleveland Clinic. Before joining Cleveland Clinic he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Previously Joe served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Global Customer Services Division of the combined computer companies of Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer Corp, and Digital Equipment Corp. Joe holds an MS in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development for American University in Washington, DC. He holds a BA in Sociology for Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he (along with his identical twin brother) was defensive co-captain of the football team and a member of the All-Big Ten Academic team. He is a frequent conference speaker and is the author of The Engaged Enterprise: A Field Guide for the Servant-leader also Exercises for Management Reflection: The Servant-Leader Workbook.
