Dr. Mitchell J. Neubert is the Associate Dean of Research and Faculty Development for the Hankamer School of Business, a Professor of Management and the Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business at Baylor University. He teaches undergraduate Principled Leadership courses and Leading with Integrity Executive MBA courses. Dr. Neubert is a leading scholar in servant-leadership, ethics, and faith at work, with publications in Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Business Ethics, and Leadership Quarterly. His research has been profiled in Harvard Business Review and in London School of Economics Business Review.

Emily M. Hunter is an Associate Professor of Management in the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston in 2009. Emily teaches negotiation and conflict resolution to undergraduates and organizational behavior to MBA students. She also conducts research on servant-leadership, workday breaks, work-family conflict, and employee deviance which has been published in the Journal of Management and the Journal of Applied Psychology among others. She has two children in grade school and her husband is an independent filmmaker.
