Jesse DePinto is a growth-oriented serial entrepreneur with a passion for technology. Along with his co-founder and talented team, Jesse started Frontdesk in 2017 and helped the company grow from scratch into an 80 employee, $12m revenue run rate technology company in less than three years. Jesse is a proud husband and father of two boys, and a complete nerd at heart.
Donald R. Kudek, Ph.D.; MBA is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and the Department Chair for the School of Business at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kudek earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA; his MBA from Bradley University, Peoria, IL; and his BA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Prior to WLC, Dr. Kudek spent 25 years at various businesses in marketing, international business, and corporate finance.Given his diverse background, Dr. Kudek teaches courses in various business areas at both the graduate and undergraduate level, including Organizational Behavior, Team Dynamics and Business Ethics. In his role as Chair, he is responsible for the development, execution, and staffing of the Business, Accounting, and Sports Management majors at WLC.In addition to his teaching, Dr. Kudek is has conducted various research studies looking to gain a greater understanding of both leaders and followers. He has presented his research findings at the International Leadership Association conferences in Brussels, Belgium; Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and in the US. In addition to the ILA, he presented this past year at the First Global Followership Conference in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. His work on student teams was published in the International Journal of Teaching and Education. He regularly speaks to both graduate and undergraduate students on the topic, and has shared his work with non-profit groups as well. In addition to the research, Dr. Kudek has worked with various organizations helping understand the impact of various challenges senior leaders face. In the past he has presented to senior leadership on the visibility and impact Servant Leadership principles were having within the manufacturing facilities, a large retailer on the impact of spirituality in the workplace, and a large tech company on the communication struggles between leadership and operations.
Lyle Tard is the Founder and CEO of IMPACT Servant Leadership started in 2018. He has recently completed a 20-year honorable commitment in service to his country and is now a retired United States Air Force member as of 31 January 2020. Additionally, Lyle has obtained his undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University and is completing his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
As a communicator, Lyle has spoken worldwide inside and out of the military community. He has motivated young adults at institutions such as Atlanta Leadership College, American University, Harvard Business School and his alma mater, Ashford University. Lyle has consulted leaders in city and federal government in Washington D.C. in organizational effectiveness and trained C-Suite level executives from coast to coast in companies like UST Global. Just as in his time with the Air Force, Lyle takes pride in leading the next generation of world changers. From universities to businesses to churches, Lyle’s passion is to influence the world to realize that “Leaders lead best when they serve.” IMPACT Servant Leadership aims to transition our most impactful areas of society to realize that achieving power with others is more beneficial socially and economically than asserting power over others. Lyle is also the primary moderator of the Service is Power podcast, spreading the message that “The Power to Serve, Serves us All.”
