Kenneth Braswell is the Chief Executive Officer of Fathers Incorporated, a widely recognized national and international nonprofit organization supporting fathers, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers that provides capacity building services to thousands of organizations working to ensure that fathers contribute to the healthy well-being of their children.
Since 2004, Fathers Incorporated has served as a leader in the promotion of responsible fatherhood. We do this using innovative marketing and multimedia platforms, product development, training, and advocacy. Through these contract activities, we have developed and participated in a national outreach to fatherhood practitioners and dads and have served as a trusted “Fatherhood Ambassador” in promoting and supporting responsible fatherhood across the country.
Though he created and serve as the CEO of Fathers Incorporated since 2004, Braswell’s highest career achievement to date was as the Director of the New York State Fatherhood Initiative where he managed $70 million in Fatherhood programming. He brings 29 years of collective work experience managing and leading fatherhood and community programs. Additionally, he serves as the National Director of the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearing House (NRFC) directing and guiding the strategic activities of the NRFC. He also serves on several national boards and committees including being a Board Member of Little Free Library.
